Sadly, this photo does not illustrate a "finished" kart. The way the rear frame addition is welded on is sure to break. Same for how the rear wheels are attached. If all this kart ever does is do burn outs, then at least get some kind of plywood seat to separate you from the engine.

Yeah...you need higher gearing to "limit" these "uncontrollable burnouts" which you set up for your videos....

You should have had your buddy hold the camera, instead of holding the kart back, and...maybe if you weren't pushing a riding lawnmower...it wouldn't spin the wheels either! !!!

EDIT: He was probably lifting it as well....

if you mean the tire? i am going to learn some of the physics and science of mud tires.
as for everything else... i could ramble all day. ..and it will be multi-purpose. a different ratio for each scenario. medium-high speed, off road, couple inches of mud handling ability. the drifting will be fun too.

Eye Candy :

Has just one waterproof strip on one side. imagine being the first one in an un-touched clear-watered mud pit as the water glows with fluorescence.especially at night. (color 1 of 3(red,green,blue)

Still needs either a 40 tooth driven sprocket or 2 wheel drive for more traction.

'll drop this off here:

I just tested the kart out and its pretty awesome.
i can hear the valve float So it's time to add the 18's on! :D
going up hill it gets to max speed in about 6 seconds.

Got me to the point where my hair flopped backwards to show my receded hairline but i could still control it with one hand. The steering wasn't as bad as i was led to believe.

i'm ready for more power :)

i wonder if i can get a good quality video if i mount my laptop/webcamera on the kart.

i just tested out the 18 pound springs and THAt is BETTER lol.

still needs some more get-go power and could use a bit more speed as well.

i love it lol

That's just stupid... Both the hand bombing the darn motor.... And the use of the heavier springs...

It doesn't reall take much to rig up a hand lever for the throttle...
That's lazy...

See....he really SHOULD stop responding to my posts.....WELL .....he should stop responding altogether....until he builds a kart....instead of a bad joke...

We don't need kids doing the same idiotic crap this guy is doing....do we????

I really don't need to say anything....his posts and kart show the lack of intelligence all by themselves!

It is not clever to only have one hand on the steering wheel

I can handle it.
It's only hard to steer if i am driving off road on a bumpy surface.

Ok clever guy...
How about a real thick seat back for when your 18lb springs and stock rod blow the side of the block into your body???
But then with a seat you cant reach the throttle! DOH!!!

Rod isn't stock LOL
i'm posting a thread about my engine tuning successes and failures.
18 pounds were necessary.
