I will say again, without a jackshaft to give you better gearing, that 48 is not going to work with those tyres.

No rules have been broken yet, so this thread will stay open (even if it is just for some light entertainment :D)

It will work for me Easily. 1 in 6 is ratio is wayy too much for out here on hill side.
i will give half-throttle and the tire will dig 2 inches in the ground for a good foot and a half every time on a flat surface. Not to mentiion going up hills throwing dirt behind like its a sand blaster :D lol:auto:

It's because of the sage wisdom of the OP. We are like moths drawn to the flame of his intellectual power. The anticipation of the flame throwing, jackshafting, frame elongating, wheel spinning, turbo boosting super kart is irresistible.

Great idea wrapping wires around the steering shaft. Maybe that way as you steer, it will generate an electromagnetic field and cause the kart to glow in the dark. Rad!

You all just don't appreciate his genius. Smaller diameter drive wheel means less contact pressure and the extreme tow-out alignment adds resistance. This chassis tuned setup allows for infinite, effortless, roostertails...

Thanks for tuning in after the break!

We've got FreeRunner15 here live and FreeRunner15, I'm sure the viewing audience has tons of questions!

FreeRunner! Good to have you here, how's your build going? Did you expect all the attention this build has brought you?

We noticed you've put new front wheels on your ride? Tell us, where did they come from? It's obvious you have a different take on building and your techniques are unheard of.

Step up! Let's hear this!
