nice on the S13.. SR20-DET are pretty nice.. :D

I currently have a project S12, but my swap in the works is slapping in a 2.3T outta a murker.. hehehe.. <---BLasphemy, i know!! haha

my project vehicles, then and now.. :

82 AMC Eagle:

as i found it:

And now done (But currently blew tranny, and needs new MC2100 carb, and 1 wire HEI distrib)
about 4K in parts into it... plus hours of time... would trade ina heart beat for an SX/4.. or maybe a 4banger manual ranger, (Blown engine dont matter, I have another 2.3T id like to drop into a ranger.. bye bye merkur #2 lol)
new fuel tank, springs, complete brakes except master cylinder, rad, shocks, rear axle bearings n seals, tires, T-case etc etc etc etc.. deleted about 20 feet of vac hose.. Nutterd.. wanna put a an MC2100 carb on it, and an HEI distrib.. then i'll have the engine down to 1 wire (Plus plugs and alt,) and 2 vac lines.. (for 4x4 and vac advance if needed..)

14.1 inch & 7 inch screens hooked up with PS2 running.. (Now ripped out and put into my dakota:

Merkurs XR4Ti
(engine has been ripped outta the red one to be transplanted into my Nissy..

Black one. (Auto 86)

Red one.. (85 Manual) OEM--> Auto = 10psi from turbo.. Manual = 15-18 psi ..its a tranny issue.. lol

the red one i bought for 140$ for the door and fender for the black one.. It didnt run.. i took it back to the shop, replaced he fuse for the fuel pump, and it ran.. then replaced water pump and thermostat... then stole glass off the black one and drove for a week.. then put glass back in black one, ripped engine etc outta the red for my S12 :D

1986 S12 (Nissan 200SX)

Dont laugh.. I paid 100$ for this car.. best **** 100$ I ever spent.. if the starter wasnt sketching out, id prolly still be driving it.. over 400KM and just wont die! (Trust me, i've tried killing the engine.. everything short of draining the oil and driving it around.. meh.. if i blew the ca20e engine id be forced intot he swap sooner.. and the ole lady couldnt say much.. lol))

if everything goes as planned.. well. muahaha!!!

ford explorer 8.8 rear with disc brakes, 2.3T engine (Holset turbo, and possibly twin charged with an M90 or 112 in the equasion, mega-squirted etc etc(possibly Bo-port o Essy head etc etc etc), custom body work to make any ricer or pikes peak escudo admires heart skip too many beats.. etc etc..

My current DD, 91 Dakota, about 415K kms on it.. (ODO froze at 400,099kms.. lol)
mint shape, engines getttin tired.. looking for a new one to rebuild, cam it etc, and essentialy "Wake it up"

DOnt want huge power or any need to replace the drivetrain etc... just a bit more jam, bit quicker response.. it is a DD, and sucks enough fuel already..)

Brand new rear window, replaced busted slider with solid.. before re-tinting..

as i bought her last summer:

I drove the old ladies 2002 grand prix for quite a long time..
Ooops...

(Ironicaly, i've also drove that cop car... o_O)
My shop does all the work on the cop cars and ambulances.. lol.. 150$ speeding ticket..*Sighs*

Last years Derby car.. (No compleed or aftrmath pics on photobucket..:

And the 91?? f150 4x4 i had but never drove.. got for free, sold for 1000$

And just cus i cant help it.. some one elses restoration project:

We get all sorts of fancy old and restored cars at our shop.. (The old guy is apparently uite renowned and famous for his engine work for quite a long ways.. guess it shows when the sprint car hes built is consistantly inthe top three.. and they've only been doin it about 3-4 years... guyknows how to build an engine.. lol.. but that truck was realy impressive.. guess you had to be there.. lol

Hmmm....

350 chevy anyone???

MUAHAHAHA!!!

The aviation fuel and sprint car engine arnt mine.. but MUAHAHAHA!! just thought id post it up so you can see some of the awesomeness i get to see at my shop!!!

no its not four wheel drive (yet!). I just got the truck about 2 months ago. I am just beginning with the mods. I want to get some stacks first (has no exhaust at all now after the down pipe). Then I will get some head studs before I get my chip. Then I'll get a lift and some wheels to give it the four wheel drive look. At least until I get the parts to convert it to four wheel drive.

Not only blasphemy, a 200sx had a better powerplant than that err ahh merc "lump"

but everyones different, and if thats your taste sweet as,

now ya see if i was doing it i would hit it with a sr20de, not a det because of the insurance cost, and you could drift it with the standard sr20de, and it would give you no problems - viking engines nissan.

Speaking of insurance, A mate of mine just got a twin turbo, 6 speed manuel Toyota Supra (280hp stock). Costs him $100 a month and he is 18 years old.

One day I will have a 240sx, s14, Sr20det. Life will be complete.

Jeremy.

i gotta get a truck like that when im 16^^^^^^^^

Yea its definitely a sweet truck, and it will show you everything on the speedometer and then some! Speedometer stops @ 90 MPH

How much torque(stock)?

Stock 1997 7.3 powerstroke is pushing 225hp @ 300 RPM and 425lb-ft of torque @ 2000 RPM. You can feel every bit of the torque when you have the 5speed tranny.

not when you live in canada and the ony engine you get is the ca20e.. lmao

and nissian engines and parts are hard to come buy and impossible to get parts for..

the 2.3T however is a dime a dozen, and for around 3-400$ i can it sitting at around 300HP, but Ohh wait... lucky me I happend to score a free HX35Y (The 12cm3 version to boot.)

I work at a place where i do most of the exhaus work, soa 3 inch exhaust will cost me about 25$ in pipe.

and i know where i can find the good ECUs for erm.. free-ish?

so in reality, it will cost me almost othign to have this engine in my car and pumping out around 300HP.

and I only paid 160$ for the car the engine came out of, (Which i actualy bought for parts cuz i have another one that needed a door and fender.. lol)

so in other words, if naything happens, i have a spare engine for it.. :D

Cool.

My brothers truck makes 180hp, and I think 450lb-ft of torque... maybe... I know it is over 400... ofcourse then theres the adjustments... fun fun fun!

Best part about the older diesel engines is the free fuel, and making it smell like french fries!

I would like to get a diesel someday...
