Looks like the frame has termites? I dig the dual exhaust.

The frame looks like a great candidate for a horizontal-cylinder cheap China pit bike/scooter motor, a la a GY6 type, even if it protrudes from the frame a little at the front. But the 79cc is good for now as proof of concept.

Although I love the idea of more power on this rig, it is just going to be a cruiser. Cruise around and just look cool, look cool and look cool.

The rotor was flat. It shipped separately from the hub.

Im gonna have to strip the tire back off to get this in the lathe.
I shouldn't have to though.

Must have been my advancing age, but that "Chopper Bunch" used to really bug me. It was just trying too hard. To this day I dislike talking vehicles and animals.

Got the tank back from my dad. Hes a much better welder than I am. He tig brazed in some patch panels.
Im gonna attempt to bondo a little to hide them the best I can.





And yes, you guessed it. New engine found a home. It fits.



A 30 series CVT is already on the way.

Im sure there will be some hiccups like motor risers to be made but thats easy enough.

I have a left over slide carb and an intake that matches in the junk drawer. They found a home now too.

To fill in the blanks for those that missed it.
My uncle had this old pressure washer that the pump died. Engine still ran fine.
He got a new one and gave me this for the engine.





Not sure on the specs but it runs and the best part, Free!

Best I can tell the build date is 2011.

Took the working power washer to the non pressure washer.

Its just a rato210.
Good, now predaderp parts will fit if I need them.



Taking care of that hole some rat chewed in the frame.
Cut a piece from some 1" pipe.



Trimmed till it fit.



Welded.



And then hide my handy work so no one will ever know.
