Heres my setup.

I got this entire scooter in the garbage with a never running 33 cc engine. I modified the frame and added a 28 cc weed snipper engine.

these pocket bike motors have an engine cradle, that allows it to be mounted like a kart motor.

U could buy a happytime kit of ebay which comes with a sprocket, motor with manual clutch, chain, idler, throttle, clutch handle, everything. U can get em off ebay for like 120 bucks. http://cgi.ebay.com/UPGRADED-80CC-BICYCLE-MOTOR-ENGINE-KIT-MOTORIZED-BIKE_W0QQitemZ190315533739QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item2c4fb095ab&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=65%3A12|66%3A2|39%3A1|72%3A1205|293%3A1|294%3A50

I got the 49cc version on a bike and i can get up to 60km/h. The 80cc version on a kart for a kid will get it going like 30mph or more.

Or u could buy a 6.5hp clone with a clutch for like the same price.

but if your looking for an upgrade, i dont think thats it. lol

Jr's is much better. lol

My setup looks great but realy its not. The mounting plate the holds the ignition coil bolts to the engine case itself. That plate is so flimsy in some areas and the compression on that motor is so great when bump starting it, It shakes the engine around like crazy. I've thought about making new one made of 3/16" 6061 but then I would have to mount the ignition coil to that in the exact same place.
