Update

Well i welded the base of the rear end together today and mounted the axle. I used 0.30 flux on a 100v chicago electric mig.

The rear end ended up being wider then was planned because a really do wnat to use the twin so its 16 inches wide and 32 inches long to let the twin fit nice and snug.

(This is just the base of the rear end will finish the rest tomarrow.)

That's just the rear end dude the actually kart is going to be about 10-11ft long, besides 16x32" is kinda big for the back end of a kart.

But it's enough room to fit the 44cubic inch v-twin, battery, oil cooler, gas tank, turbo and emissions pump, and a jackshaft to for the belt slip clutch

Why are you running an emissions pump?

How wide is it now?
Its 12" wide now since i found a service manual for the engine it has the bolt pattern and measurements so yea im going for it based on that.
Why are you running an emissions pump?
It's for the turbo since the one i have is a gt15 and is ment for 0.85L engines or bigger then the emissions pump on the exhaust manifold should help it get 1 or 2 psi out of it. But i wont start on that till i have the engine mounted and running

Seen my engine produces less gases then needed the emissions pump will be connected to the exhaust manifold to create more exhaust pressure to help spool the turbo

*update*

Thought might give you guys an update on how its going.

Well i narrowed te frame to comfortably fit the tires and jackshaft setup and i found a service manual on the engine that gave me the measurements for the mounting plate.

The rear end is 12x32" and will have two mounting plates since the kohler has 2 PTO shafts (1" and 1.5"). So I'll have the engine on 1 mount then I'll fabricate a cradle to house the battery and gas tank that'll bolt on to the other mount.

The mounts will be 8x4" since the bolt pattern is 7.250x3.504.

The belt slip clutch is using 2" pulleys and a 6:1 sprocket ratio.

Well here are some pictures of the frame also the cams and hydraulic lifters and links to some of the sights i got my info from also i found a site that sell performance parts for my engine just if you guys are curious about the upgrades avaliable for our twins.
