Well....pretty much as I figured....3 hours out of my life gone....and now....still no further along!!!!

(They brought the document back....unsigned...un- notorized!

On the upside....the brush trimmer IS a DR...it runs with a shot of carb cleaner...so it maybe just needs a carb clean.....

I really don't understand it....I mean....why would it have carb problems...it's a Tecumseh! :sarcasm:

OMG!!!! This just getting crazier and crazier....

I just figured out why I can't meet face to face with this woman....

Her new change of address is jail! Now....I'm. wondering why. Her 50 year old husband is dead of natural causes a few months ago....:idea2:.....

Sooooo....Now what? It explains why all the cloak and dagger...but these guys aren't smart enough to pull this off...so...what do I do?

Continue to act dumb ...or drop the hammer on these clowns?

IDK...This is some deep stuff to process this late at night....

If I were you I would start writing her in jail. Then on conjugal visit day go visit her and make sweet, sweet poboy love to her then when you are done ask her to sign the title. It can't fail. On second thought get her to sign it before the love making incase you are really bad.
You're pal,

Denny

I am glad you got the paperwork sorted out

You are going to have to tell us the whole story in one post, because trying to follow everything regarding this sale has been pretty confusing

That my friends, is the anti-climax! After finally tracking down the woman...turns out, this was all because she sold the truck under the guise it wasn't going to be resold, but fixed up for the OPs son.

Well...she didn't freak too bad when she found out differentially. She declined my invitation to supper on religious reasons....and ....I was just as happy that she did...because I don't care for that religion anyway.

I mean really, that's about it....

She was never in jail. She set up a trust fund under her second cousin's first wife's name. They divorced you know because he just didn't smell right. Anyway, so this money, couldn't have been more than $5000, was set to go to her nephew twice removed once he turned 18 and vowed to become a preacher. Thing was, he couldn't make that vow, on account of his wanting to be in the adult film business. So that there money just sat. One day, using her dead husband's name, she manages to dissolve that trust fund and buys herself a truck. It was a used truck, they said it once belonged to Tex Ritter, but turns out it didn't. Anyway, since she has this thing about pretending to be folks she isn't, like dead folks and such, she got in a bit of a bind one day when she got pulled over for a busted taillight. Now she didn't think that taillight was technically busted, more sort of cracked. She got into it a little bit with that officer, and wound up leaving that truck and peace officer just setting there on the side of the road whilst she made out for Amarillo on foot. That gal could run. Couple months later, her "lawyer" worked that truck out of impound, and she sold that thing to her nephew, who needed it for his carpet cleaning business. Turns out he wasn't cut out for that explicit stuff, but had a knack for deep cleaning woven pile. After several of his rugs got soaked in the back of that truck, he sold it to the husband of an ex-girlfriend, but never did tell his aunt. Now turns out that fella is this woman's preferred plumber, and one day when her pipes backed up she called him around and saw that old truck of hers and just lost it. She went straight to her closet of shoe boxes where she keeps all her various private things and dug out the old title for that truck. She naturally forged all them others that had been floating around, mostly because that's her just her having control issues. That day changed her life. She turned orthodox Buddhist.

Bought a two piece pool cue, carrying bag, and tip scuffer from Wal-Mart this evening.....spent more than I wanted....couldn't find a 21 ounce in the $10 sticks, so I had to give a little over $20....

Last night, I went into a joint that had a pool tournament scheduled...beat two pool sharks...(on some very tough tables.....meaning the balls were jammed up....and we had to make many multi bank shots....and be very creative) ....

So ...while I backed out of joining the tournament....I thought I'd get a cue and practice up for the next one!

I'm not even that good, I lack on practice.. my fathers really good, he doesn't play tournaments any more tho, he use too.

PS; instead of posting on the other thread, I gave up on finding an engine, my motorcycle has developed magical gas leaks. CURSE YOU 38F degree weather! Oh and the cars battery just straight up died today, started fine, put it into park, loaded it up, went to start it, and it cranked like 1 turn and just wasn't going any more. flat battery, tried to jump it with one of those battery jumpers, but that battery is FLAT. no fixing it, is four years old tho.. time for a new one... YAY PROJECTS!

Yay...more money spent! :ack2:

I can't help myself... Gonna go look at a Nissan D21 tomorrow if it ever stops raining, I do have to ride my darn motorcycle after all.. from what I can tell it looks pretty much unmolested and stock. their cute little trucks, an oh man do I love me some metric vehicles. plus 4x4...

oh and from what I can tell.. the 4x4 community looks down on them, they aren't desired trucks because their small. cause you know what they say... Small truck..... small w :lolgoku: So they seem to stay at a reasonable price. 2 grand under.
