Oh jeeze... Now what??

Funny you should ask.....not only was this one bigger than the other two....but it has a drain in the side of the bottom of the tub.......

I was already contemplating plumbing one in the larger of the two I had with a rough filter....so I could vacuum the bottom of my ponds....without the canister filling up in minutes.....the idea being to return the water to the pond and trap the debris and heavy algae.......

So....this Shop Vac is perfect to try with...and I still have my small and medium sized ones for their chores.....

Nope Denny....,They are called wet/dry vacs for a reason......even if we both wound up in the pond together accidentally.....the plug at the pond is GFCI as well as the breaker it's connected to.....so I would probably be OK....

Ground fault sockets have saved a lot of people, it's one of those modern inventions I don't mind. Now if some one would please invent something to save us from the Kardashian/Jenner klan all will be ok. :mad2:

Actually.....they can be a little irritating at times when you try to use high amperage usage things.....but...yeah....resetting breakers beats dying.....

That's actually what killed my father when I was six.....working under a house with a faulty droplight.....

I have a feeling....and we will never know.....but...back in those days....fuses screwed in like lightbulbs.....and often....people would put a penny behind them when they blew.....instead of buying a new one.....

That is probably what killed him.....I think if there was a fuse that was operational....he would have survived.....

Wow, sorry to hear that Dude. Yea, the old penny trick I've done it myself (stupid I know but I was young) burnt down a lot of houses too.
