Had a productive weekend but not as productive as I hoped. I set some posts for the fence and we'll need an auger to set most of them and luckily we have one on my dad's Kubota, we'll plan a day to dig all the post holes and set up to put in schedule 80, 6" or 8" round pipe on my corners about 6' in height, secured in concrete and filled with concrete. One of the boderline threats was driving in to my fence and you're gonna leave a serious mark on your vehicle if you mess with these corner posts.
I'm done being polite to this woman behind us, I think she's mistaken my kindness for weakness and I wont let that continue to be an issue. I took of picture of her using a tape measure to check out my survey markers, they must be accurate cause I didn't hear from her over it.
I've taken a picture to show you that the well and pressure tanks are in the easement, the orange flags are the west boundary of where the road is supposed to be. I don't know what they're going to do about that if anything. Once my fence is in, there is roughly 16' between fence and start of the concrete pad for well, maybe that's enough room for them to work with.
I made a brake to bend my panels and it worked beautifully on the first bend.
I also converted the heavy, large, awkward "gate" for our well shack in to a hinged gate with catch. I was so tired of manually lifting it up and out, now it just swings open.
