This thing is seriously so close. I need to do the ground for the killswitch and I need some spacers for the axle.

Well I went ghost mode for a few months. I just finished up the kart. Rides great, tons of fun. Thanks to everyone who helped along the way.

A hint for that kind of upholstery is to cut foam 1/4 in bigger than seat back, lay the material down ,inside up, place foam on it. Then place wood on it, and then put wt,like your knee to push wood down and compress the foam.
Pull material tight and staple, when you release the wt, foam will expand and make a nice wrinkle free surface.

Those rear wheels came far after I had painted the rest of the kart. That’s because there is no way usually to pin down what year they are. They are not cars therefore year is not important.
