There's a formula to adjust to a lower setting or you put the torque wrench 90⁰ to the adapter and the amount does not change. If the amount is 180ft/lbs, you drop it to 155ft/lbs and you'll achieve the torque spec. Since the cylinders get torque to either 15ft/lbs (I think have to look it up again) or 13ft/lbs, long as I have room, should be fine.
