I could not tell you about a small engine but I can tell you that a shock from a Chevy hei will get your attention real quick

Yes Russ, better than coffee! Touch it while it's running...it won't hurt/kill you. Anyone ever stuck a 9 volt battery to their tongue? That's what it feels like. HEI hurts the most, I too have done that on a chevy sbc. Scared the outta me because I didn't know I touched the wire!

a heart attack is when your heart seizes.
