Budget GoKart
Aka a kenbar
Those mufflers look like gy6 ones i have two of them aswell
Gy6 cans... and they barely muffleOk, not sure why no one replied, but I'd make sure all fuel lines are hose clamped, make sure carb vents are working, and REPLACE the needle/seat assembly.
Cleaning won't do much, but the actual parts can go bad.

P.S - What are those mufflers from?
Thanks for the advice, but consider my frustration seeing that both carburetors were ordered brand spanking new... as in OUT THE FREEKING BOX..... as in never been used before...Ok, not sure why no one replied, but I'd make sure all fuel lines are hose clamped, make sure carb vents are working, and REPLACE the needle/seat assembly.

Ill get two honda GX160 carburetors, and build adapter intake manifolds. Honda / clone parts are cheaper and available everywhere.Ahh, Ok.
Either way, the needles should probably be replaced.
Gx200 carbs.. need 19mm intake..Ill get two honda GX160 carburetors, and build adapter intake manifolds. Honda / clone parts are cheaper and available everywhere.
Somehow the idea of building one of these things is way easier than actually doing it...
Don't worry, the governor linkage on my flathead is way complicated, and that's just one engine!
