Ok, not sure why no one replied, but I'd make sure all fuel lines are hose clamped, make sure carb vents are working, and REPLACE the needle/seat assembly.
Cleaning won't do much, but the actual parts can go bad.

P.S - What are those mufflers from?
Gy6 cans... and they barely muffle 😂

Thanks for the advice, but consider my frustration seeing that both carburetors were ordered brand spanking new... as in OUT THE FREEKING BOX..... as in never been used before...
Frankly im dumbfounded..

ITs all made in china......Unless its a genuine Honda.... which says Japan... but could be also made in China...
And JT the seats on a clone type are not replaceable... the needle is...
Its embeded into the casting...

How complicated does a throttle linkage have to be??
Imagine having to do this on two engines and then operate them at the same time🙄

Don't worry, the governor linkage on my flathead is way complicated, and that's just one engine!
