ok, if you want! not sure if you can see the drawing of the frame on the poster board, but its there. i also have some pics of my head tube after being bored out to 7/8" for bushings. also a few pics of the tires(with measurements, and my hand to show how tiny they are!), and the sprocket. oh, and a pic of my headphones! :D lol

now i'm just waiting for my engine kit, and my caliper, neither of which i have heard anything about yet........ e-mail time?

p.s. looks like it will be somewhere around 30" long.

got my brake caliper today, fresh out'a china, in short i had to disassemble it 4 or 5 times before i had it functioning correctly. of course the day i get the brake caliper, i found some 4.5" brake drums which i think could work perfectly as long as there not to wide (e-mailed BMI karts about it already), the drums will look better and be simpler to setup, so i think i will get them, might use the caliper for the front brake later.

i'm also gathering together some stuff to make the seat!

not sure if any one is reading this anymore, but here is the brake i'm going to order,
http://www.bmikarts.com/item/Internal-Expanding-Brake-5956

i also ordered some more stuff to make the seat, its going to be black vinyl, with a white vinyl strip going around the edge, and maybe a pattern on top if i can mange it. as long as i can be ok at sewing this stuff the seat should come out nice! kinda like this,

EDIT: engine should get here Tuesday.

thanks guys. i won't be able to work on it over the weekend, but after that i have the rest of the week.

so far i think the seat is coming out pretty nice, especially considering i'm using fishing line, and a home made needle made from 1/8" rod, :roflol:, i ordered some piping to go around the edge too (i couldn't get a small amount of white vinyl, in fact i couldn't get white vinyl)

hope BMI can get the brake shipped today.....

no clue! LOL, my estimate for the total cost at the end is maybe 250-300, which i think will be a reasonable price.

Getting some stuff, I should be able to finish the seat today, should get, the brakes on thurs, got the engine today, guess it's actually only 47cc, but that's ok, I will need to widen the frame a half inch, and off set the engine. Unfortunately I received something else too, I am sick now and do not feel up for chop saw or welding, I can work on the seat and prepare stuff, like laying out bolt patterns for hubs, and making templates.........
