Safe spindles for 60mph+

Once I get the main part of y spindles made I'll show you not I'll show them after I get them mocked up. The idea I have for the strength at the point where they connect is welding the bolt head onto the spindle and placing a steel bushing over the bolt and make some gussets and well it onto the spindle and the bolt shank.

how id do it
personally

3/4 bar
drill and tap holes in each end to take 1/2 inch bolts

drill a hole right though the middle to insert your spindle bolt

weld it both sides

brace it up

also brace the steering arm
and brace to the spindle

then use the heim joints like in your pm with the wekd in bungs for the tube


theres also pics of the spindles from my buggy
that was made to do 60mph on dirt and sand
