you could always have a pedal for the clutch....that's what i always wanted, but just room on the kart, but still would look awesome for 3 pedals down there

thats what your knee is for.
You can't turn the wheel with your knee.....never been in a race kart have you? it's like nothing you can imagine, you really should try it sometime, it's definitely an eye opener, and once you do, you'll be hooked, ;)

point in case, ours wont be race kart chassis XD. I don't see why a small pedal could be squeezed in there... but im not race chassis expert

Clutch pedals are for farm trucks, :D
Seriously though, I keep referring to race karts and how they do stuff, because they are basically the epitome of what we all are building, and good tried and true examples to follow. But if you MUST have a clutch pedal, go for it, we always knew you were special anyway, :rolleyes3: :D :D :D

ford rangers come in manuals... and yeah im goin for a clutch pedal cause I got the room, quick question, if i have a brake and clutch setup side by side, would it be ok/safe/pointless to have it where when you brake it engages the clutch also? that way you could easily downshift while slowing down

It would be easier to have brake/gas on one side and clutch on the other. Brake and gas are the two pedals you don't use at the same time.

kapitan one problem people like me who have big feet there like god **** flippers for diving lol if the gas and brake are on one side we have a tendancy to use them both at once.

I've resently learned that many race kart drivers use the technique of staying on the gas while applying brakes. It can actualy come in pretty handy to keep momentum and speed up around corners. I've noticed it really helps to keep my kart from getting so upset and spinning out while entering corners under hard braking.
