It's a 1990,
I don't think I'll be needing a diaper, I used to drive a 600hp 427 Vega on the street, (900 with the NOS turned on), this kart will hopefully get me about that same kind of adrenaline rush. BTW, did I mention that I'm an adrenaline junkie??? :D:D
Kool DragRacer I Have a TopGas DragBike 8:20 Index but we can run way under that 7:90's

Hi there Rickracer,
Im building a kart with exactly the same motor (84/85 rm250). Im about 99% finished. All I need to do is the vacuum pulse feed for the fuel pump. I was just wandering where you connected yours to?
Thanks in advance
Jas

Hi I'm building a shifter kart with a 2000 rm250 motor on it using a formula 1 chassis. Looks good rick only problem I can see with your kart is that you can't adjust the chain, does it come off at all ?. Deadninja you wana put the pulse feed into the crankcase of the engine, the ideal place would be in the head between the piston and the reed valve. There's some pics on google. Hope that helps Scott

Sorry guys, the site didn't email me with an responses, and I've been busy with another project, a twin turbo SBC powered Vega drag car. Still got the kart, it's been sitting on the kart rack/lift for about 2 years now, just needs a little TLC to be race ready again. Just starting another project, a mini bike/trike for my fiancee to use as a pit bike at the track, it's going to have a quad rear axle, WIDE kart tires, and a modded Honda 8 horse with a TAV, should be pretty bada$$.
