how were you going to run the jackshaft? i have an idea. on the second video, stop it at 26 seconds. you could drill a hole in that upright frame rail. get a two stage sprocket and bolt it through the hole. double nut it, and see if you can cut some pipe to fit around the rail to act as reinforcement since you aren't welding. i'm not sure what the spacing will be on the double sprocket, but it will most likely dictate where to mount the motor. this has a two stack sprocket: http://www.bajamotorsportsonline.com/product_info.php?cPath=7_8_31&products_id=789"
they sell the individual sprockets, but you still need a bearing and shaft. i can see different ways of doing it, but trying to keep it cheap is the problem.
