Ha, yeah, there're pretty nice, but both of them are a little run down. One of the stages on the left grinder broke, and the adjustments on it are a little clunky. The one on the right is okay, but I need some new wheels and new light bulb. I need to make a stand or something for them, because they move all around that little desk. Don't really want to bolt them to the table, because I like to be able to move them around to get better angles, idk, we'll see.

I also made some spacers out of aluminum for the strut mounts.

Started work on a latch for the tub as a safety precaution, you don't want it to un-couple and be left with no steering, as I have done twice since I did this modification.

I added a chain tensioner because it was a little loose and really had no other means to tighten it.
I know there is a small hole in the frame at the top on the joint. It will be fixed. Also the axle looks distorted in the picture, but it is only the light.

out of curiousity, you couldn't remove another link and add a half link?

Yeah I could have, but because I didn't have a regular chain tensioning mechanism (ex: a slotted motor mount, slotted axle mounts, a nut that you loosen to loosen the chain) it would be really hard to remove the motor without putting extra stress laterally on the chain when deinstalling it. I feel like I didn't explain that very clearly, do you get what I'm saying?

New Video, I haven't updated this in a while, but I have since upgraded to a 36 volt system MY1020 motor. The controller is something like 600watts. REALLY low gearing, 11/90, runs out of revs REAL fast but it's got tons of get up and go. I drove up a a 30* dirt incline from a stand still, got half way up, stopped, then kept going.

ROBOTMICKEY, in post #12 you posted pictures of your axle configuration. I need help. I am trying to build something similar except it will have an ice chest on the top instead of the wagon. I am having some serious problems with the live axle set up. I have the same motor and a very similar set up. I am even making the frame similar to yours as I see how successful your setup is with the live axle and your videos look great. Please please give me some guidance. Where did you get your parts? what parts are needed? and how do I set it up. More pictures would be great also. You can send them to me personally so you don't flood the forum post with stuff people do not want to see. Thank you so so so much for any guidance you or anyone else has. As a new DIY'er I will post pics and let people know what dilemmas I run into and what works well. Thank you for everything in advance.
