Trust me, I did try to snap a couple pics, But my phone didn't cooperate with me. My guess they took a corner too fast and just ended up over the curb and up in about 2 feet of snow bank. Some people should just stay off the flippin road.

Since I wasn't able to get a pic of that high centered van. Here's two that happened at work today. This guy drives for one of the parts stores that bring us oil filters and other stuff for vehicles that we do not carry for. Supposedly one of our parts drivers made him lose control and did this. But when I looked at the tire marks, he was clearly messing around (to keep it PG).

Granted for whatever stupid reason, we do not have salt spreaders for the parking lots, only side walks, and they kind of did a poor job at plowing. But still, don't mess around on packed snow. It's an old Plymouth Aklaim.

According to what John said in the Cars and Cameras video on their golf cart, Go Power Sports is discontinuing discount codes (DIY karts included) in favor for drawing give-a-ways each month.

Almost bought a 2006 F250 Super Duty today. Crew cab short bed 4x4. 244,000 miles on the truck with 200,000 miles on the engine. Truck appeared to have the dreaded 6.0L PowerStroke, but the previous owner swapped in a 5.9L Cummins 24 valve common rail into it. Price was right but wrong generation engine. If it was a 1998.5-2002 5.9L 24 valve with the VP44 electric injection pump or 1989-1998 12 valve, I would have bought it right away. I'm not a fan of needing to replace injectors every so often.

I know the early 24 valves had injection pump problems, but that's caused by a weak lift pump. As well as a Block 53 that has a tendency to crack. But I would have bought it in a heart beat. Oh well, better luck next time.

Told the wife about it and she said no, just because of the high miles.

He put a Cummins in a Ford?! Heresy

But for real, that would be been cool buy a big truck like that. I'd love a diesel lol
In all fairness, Ford has used Cummins in the F650 and F750, Cat 3126, Cat C7 in those trucks as well. It got really popular back around 2003/04 when the 6.0 PowerStroke started to come to market and started failing. The Cummins B and by extension ISB series engines have a history of being highly reliable. Personally I love the inline six style vs the V8...mostly for packaging, granted the inline is looong, the narrow width is attractive.

Ok well you know way more about it than I do lol!! I didn't know that. I was just making a joke about the Cummins in a Ford.
Yeah I know. Only reason people buy a Dodge truck is for the Cummins. Buying a Dodge with a Cummins, is a lot like buying a candy bar, you just want the candy in the wrapper.

The caveat with the 1000 lb/ft Cummins is it now has roller finger followers or roller rockers, we've been having issues with several engines with those, so expect that to happen. I'll admit that the interiors are nice but they are having a lot of infotainment problems. It's what happens when everything from door locks and windows, wipers, horn are all controlled by modules and computers and not just wires and relays.

I think we found the Ram fanboy :D :D :D

Just kidding man, I'm a Dodge/Ford guy so I like the Rams (close enough to Dodge lol).

On another note, today (3/13) was my first day at the new job at the PWC shop...I enjoyed it. Tons of stuff to learn about, that's for sure. The guys who work there are super knowledgeable and really want to help other people learn so that's great for me. :wai:

As long as I don't blow up anything I think I'll be good :p

Ive had this tennis ball sized burl floating around in my jeep for the past 6 or 7 years. Figured it would make a nice gear shift knob so I finally spent some time on it today.

I still need to make the threaded insert and epoxy in, then some finish work.

It doesnt look too shabby even if it isnt perfectly round.
