Interestingly enough, those are sumkinda metricated flared pipe fitting thingy.
That sounds like work! No way could i find the tools and materials to complete a complex task such as that in less time than a trip down to the village hardware store for plugs. The whole mess will be lost in a maze of tubing, suspension and other car stuff.Hey T,

...but, instead of buyin' anything maybe...
Cut the lines off "flush" with the "heads" & then:
A.) Screw some appropriately sized bolts inta them
or
B.) "Squirt" a dab of (fill in the blank) & smooth 'em off
...then, after the "filler material" dries, paint the whole unit (Satin Black for that factorylike finish)
This project is full hack dont ya think? I can't think of anything on this project that isn't hack. So much that i’ll splurge sum coin, cuz l’m done with this.
