That’s a drag man. If I lived closer I’d give you a hand. But I’m in Indiana. But as an immature amateur gynecologist who works in a hospital I’ve seen the human body do some weird stuff. Just hang in there and practice welding or teach a minion to do it?

Thanks man! It is what it is, l'm able to function, just need some help with the welding.
So lets not dwell on the down side.
Coulda been worse! I'm happy to be on the right side of the grass. On with life, for a while longer.
I'll try pouring more light on the weld area.
Thats easy enough for a stationary position, but gets cumbersome when moving 'round.

Welding tip:
You're the head engineer
...start delegating some tasks (like welding)

Fire Egor
...& "round up" a real apprentice

Maybe stop by & have a talk with the welding teacher at a local high school (trade school)

Maybe they can recommend a young fella (or lady) who's into makin' motorized stuff (like you)
...that could/would help ya out
...& in exchange, maybe you could share some of your wisdom :2guns:
or
At least "act like ya know stuff"
...could probably "snooker" 'em for a while...ya know :smartass:

Didn’t mean to turn it into a pitty party. I agree about finding a high school apprentice. That’s what I had to do when I had the golf kart business. No adults wanted the job. Actually very few kids did either, but a few did. They all went on to great careers making more money than I did/do because of what I taught them. And most still come around to see me. I like the magnifying lense or glasses idear too.
