Hmmmmmmmmmm........
Dear Sid,
If only you knew how hard it is to type on this piece of xxxx, you would truly understand how hard it is and time consuming when every other word laggs and does not show up. My auto correct will not correct any bad spelling because it simply does not feel like doing it.
And "These punks with smart phones" my fone is anything but smart. If only you knew what i did to get the phone i use. And because "y not" ill tell you, My LG Tribute HD came from a hoarders house my family was tasked with cleaning. This guys house had paper to your shins in two rooms and one room had dog doo doo about 3 inches piled on carpet, we removed it and had to carry it. He had his sex toys layed out crap stains all over the seats, and guess why we cleaned it because he had a stroke and nearly died because of it, he layed on the floor for five days before we found him. And i found this phone in its package in a bag full of what smelled like rotten Johnson ville sausages and ****. I am deeply sorry for making your brain hurt because my phone is a piece of crap.

unformats for me. And i would agree with the lg trubute hd being a pretty good phone with a good ui, but mine is old and worn out yes new from the package but it was submerged in gross slime for months and there is still sticky goo on it also i had to re write this 4 times because its glitching agagin. They are tight there full thread its impossible to move the engine by hand its tight enough its just vibrating really badly
I’d return it, I’m sure you could monkey around with it and figure out why it’s running bad, but why bother when a trip to harbor freight guarantees a fix and will take less time.

Sure, some phones are worse than others..
a smaller display makes for smaller keys to be pressed..
autocorrect can mess up as much as it can help at times etc. etc.
All true
BUT the punctuation marks are all in your std Android keyboard layout,
as is the newline key
usually sticking somewhere near the space bar.
And not using them is a dead giveaway for lazyness!
If you're having troubles with your phones keyboard capabilities ..
find a cheap bluetooth keyboard and pair it with your phone
(for less than ten bucks I got myself a full size keyboard for my ipad for example)
Sure you wouldn't want it in your back pocket;
but at home when you're about to write something that's not "160chars or less"...
it does indeed help a LOT!
So no, having a crappy phone does not count as an excuse.
And the LG Tribute isn't even crappy at all..
it may be slower than more recent phones,
but it surely provides a decent interface and keyboard.

Well!
Then even IF you drove an hour to HFT, you wouldn't be able to return it!
You have to have it in the original packaging with the original receipt to return it!
In that case, you HAVE to try to fix it, since returning it is now out of the question.
