Yes, the 420 is physically bigger, a lot bigger. I personally don't know if it can be wedged in there. My own experience with the Coleman karts leads me to think for my own personal beliefs I wouldn't do it but to each his own.
True dat no engines in Connecticut of any size available. Makes me angry because they keep sending the coupons and flyers.Thought I'd also add, good luck finding either engine right now, every harbor freight statewide is out of all horizontal shaft engines, pipe benders, welders and several other items. They aren't shipping anything in from China and only running on warehouse reserves till who knows when. Seeing as the 420cc is roughly twice the size of a 212cc internally and externally I'd recommend a small block clone. Check local listings for a used one if your harbor freight scenarios match mine, best of luck!
Massive difference in size, I managed to squeeze a predator 301 into a baja warrior frame without chopping...no way a 420 would fit.

Good to know. They physically looked different in size to me but never measured. I have another baja frame that needs a engine looks like its gonna be a 420The 301 and 420 predator engines are directly comparable to a gx270 and a gx390, both of which are big block engines, if you fit the 301, you could fit the 420. The 670cc is an entirely different ballgame.

Order online through harbor freight, I've got two arriving tomorrow. They are coming out of U.S. reserves so you still aren't funding China.
Uh... Sitting in a warehouse in the US for a few months doesn't change where it came from.
Changes where the money goes. No chinamen at my local HF, only hard working Americans.
Not here to argue with you, this isn't a political forum, remember?
