I think punctuation is more important than capitalization, but capitalization makes it easier.

like fowler said make it so that when a new member is creating his/her account they have to read through something that talks about how to use the edit button, and to stay away from texting abbreviations, and maybe ask them to watch that vid posted by freak boy
