Yeah, everything is square, but IDK about my engine now? Now it won't run again!!!! It will run on choke full throttle, or on run idling for about 3 seconds, if you give it any gas on run it dies.

Yeah it's getting good flow, I took the bell off to see if maybe the float was sticking, and it poured out, and I couldn't figure out why it kept coming out!!! (DUR...forgot to close valve) so that's working fine. It's either a fuel problem, or the exaust valve seems a little loose, but I'm not sure, I'll re-gap it if I can't solve it through the carb.

This indicates an extremely lean condition. Doubt valve is causing this. Check gaskets for leaks. Make sure carb bolts are snug. Don't over tighten.

What would cause this? Just loose carb bolts? On second thought it may be the intake valve.....It's the one more to the carb side, yeah wait thats the intake right?

Yes, That does sound like an extreme lean situation because it will run with the choke on (extreme rich). Try playing with the brass ajustment screws

But why would it just suddenly do this, like one second it runs, and the next it's dead, cuz that's what happened, I was driving it the other day, and the engine started doing this out of the blue.

Yeah, maybe a dirty carb. That can cause many funky problems.

4 stroke 5.5hp B+S OHV, not sure exactly what the engine is though. It says Intek all over it if that helps.

Chain problems

I had chain problems, I would crank that thing as tight as I could get it, almost too tight really, put it up on stands run it and it was perfect, take it out for a ride, within a couple minutes it would come off, just before I abandoned this thing in the field, I found the motor plate was flexing once I put the torque to it. I added more frame to it and it has been great since. I think the carb clean will fix your fuel problems, and you might want to check the gas cap vent to make sure it is working.
