Yeah there nice but it's not needed for everything. Didnt need a mill to make some slot's but it sure help's.

These wheels are great if you need something small, 6" to be exact (http://www.surpluscenter.com/item.asp?UID=2009013019422967&item=1-3106-G&catname=wheels). The bearings are nut much better than the ones in HF wheels, but you can pop them out and use one from MFI (http://www.mfgsupply.com/GoMiniBearings.html/mv_session_id=a4kV2ve4)

Yeah that would work but I had access to the mill that day so why not.

ok have a problem, i just picked up the motor 5 hp briggs its from an old generator. there is a side peace that is connected to the side of the motor, when i took it off i found there was know key way?? what should i do?

Machine shop wanted big bucks for this and would not guarantee that shaft would stay straight (warp?). Sounded like BS to me.
I told him to shove it.

so i came to work today and told the shop formen about the motor i bought, i told him it didn't have a key way on the shaft... he told me to bring it in and he will have the machine shop guys put a key way slot in it for me!! ill post pics later of what i did over the weknd..
