Those cylinders look odd to me. All that i have seen are straight and those appear to be angled. You should remove one and take it to a pro to try and identify it, by pro i am saying to go to a junkyard. Those guys basically see every part from cars and you would be surprised how much they know.

100%These are the expenses you need to find out about ahead of time. Or be prepared to drop some bucks into a project kart you got cause you thought it was cool to get.
my opinion is you should replace or rebuild all 4 corners of the car including all brake lines and bearings too. Unless you want to chance death of you or someone else. You gotta remember this is NOT a little yard or street kart, it was built for TRACK RACING.
