And had to make a stud to mount the valve cover. The mounting boss is off center so I had to grind the thread off 1 side of the stud to clear the rocker trunion. This is a before pic. Sorry didnt get an after.20260511_152644.jpg

Small but hope its sufficient. I had this build in a 200lb heavier utility sxs and it performed well. Only difference is ive added the 1.3 rockers. So less weight and more power, I hope I'm good. If not I have a vangaurd 570cc I can swap into it.

The aluminum is thin. I was concerned that it wouldn't hold up, but its been fine so far. Better option would be to buy a USA made tank. Also the spun aluminum was soo rough i was worried someone would get a sliver by rubbing it. So I sanded down the surface some.

Doesn't sound so attractive now. Still half price of a USA made cell.
I've had problems with leaky caps, or caps that are a fight to get open or closed.
l'm like'n the old school 1/2 turn cap or the threaded pipe caps.
