As promised tire pics20260404_213927.jpg
Tire in the front was packaged really tight and the sidewalls were sucked in and offset to one side.
When I get new tires I always spread them with sticks over night. For example my rear tires were going on 8" wide wheels. So I cut 4 pieces of wood(3/4"x3/4") 8-1/2" long and spread the bead apart and let that sit over night. The first 3 went on the bead with the air cannon first shot. Last one I tried multiple tricks and no avail. Gonna let the tire sit out in the sun whenever I'm home to relax the rubber and keep trying.

A arms are where I want them. Need to make a maount for the rear upper mount. But I holding off untill I get the steering laid out. There might be a way I can incorporate a good looking mount. 20260404_213935.jpg

Not much lately.

Installed my black venom 1.3 rockers. Will need to change the height of the rockers to get the geometry right.

Took the one stubborn tire to the tire shop and after some time struggling, they were able to get the tire on the bead.

Waiting on some heim joints to arrive for the steering rack.

But tomorrow is the GPS pull start picknic, will post up a couple pics
