5/8 heim joints, rear wheels and all 4 tires arrived. I have wood sticks cut and spreading out the tire bead before I mount them. Without lighter fluid or an air cannon it's a paint to get the bead to set. Even with a ratchet strap.

Also received rear wheel hubs and axle Bearings today.

Placed one front wheel where they are going to go. Also have kart close to ride height. Going to start building front knuckles and a-arms next.

Spun the buggy around 180 degrees. I want the front end facing my bench and closer to the welder. I hate wheeling my welder around my small shop. Also struck a center reference line on the concrete and lines to reference where the front tires will go.

Cut put the side plates for my front knuckles. Mocked up the heim joints. Need to buy spacer material and bolts tomorrow.

Got 1 knuckle complete. Will prime it tomorrow when I'm working on #2

Electrical tape represents shock locations/angle. Starting to brainstorm a arm angles ect.

Primed the first knuckle yesterday and got the second one welded up.

2nd spindle done and primed. Started mockup on front suspension. Used some emt and electrical tape for the a arms.

Almost forgot, recieved my air cannon bead setter Friday and finished the 2 rear tires.

Just ordered a new bender to replace my harbor freight kink-o-matic. It will be needed for the a arms and when I replace the top section of roll cage.

While waiting on parts and my bender... threw in some harnesses that i had left over. Center and rear bolts in. Need to weld tabs on the outside of the frame for the outside lap belt. Also started working on the swingarm again.

The finish on the spun aluminum tank is rougher-n-a-cobb... gonna swing by the powder coat guy today and see if he can spray it
