But hey, I finally got a go kart. I figure I'll swap engines between this and my minibike and develop this one as much as I can for some semi local minibike drags I've found.

Rocket sledding to the poor house at 100,000. Dying.

And in the video that followed, Where'd that car go?

The roadster?

Exploratory surgery had began. Appears to be .060 over bore with a flat top, fire slot head, and big valves. I'm puzzled as to why the eyebrows aren't shaved though.

My guess if he'd started doing more grinding work, it would grind off the center punch marks holding in the valve seats.....

Hahahaha, yeah, he was freaking GONE. Search crusty nova, it's one of the fastest honest to god street cars in the nation. I knew I would get whipped, but from the best seat in the house, plus I have one of his time slips now :D lots of people wonder about the incrementals on that car, and I know them now ;)

The bore is smoked in the flathead. I have another block, good thing I didn't make it to the swap meet I guess. Hopefully I can get the side cover off at some point tomorrow and see what I have to work with.

I got home from work just before dark and Isiah (neighbors son) was making laps on the backyard track they built, so I piled on my go kart to play too. Long story short, I came into a corner waaaaay too hot and buried it sideways about 6 feet deep in a briar patch, breaking the brake line in the process, good times.

Got the side cover off. H beam rod, and the cam says dyno cams 112. The piston is thrashed, but who didn't see that coming?

After a little research I've decided this is a horstman rod. Still working on figuring out what the piston is. It's (was) clearly a performance part.

Me thinks this is the cam I have.

I suspect it's a wiseco, but haven't nailed that down yet for sure. I'm wanting to put the rotating assy back as it was. I've got another block that I'm going to transfer everything into once I figure out what the heck this piston with the L ring is. I figure I'm going to have to get out my calipers and call wiseco. Thank you for the links BTW.
