Got the belt today, wont be able to see if it fits till tommorow.
Then I still wont be able to drive it, I have to leave early tommorow.
The shop that is.

This weekend however, I got some work to do.

It fits pretty snug right now, Its because the driven clutch is for a 7\8" belt, and the drive belt is 15/16" to match the clutch, Belt fits both fine, just sits a little high in the driven, Might be adjustable, Idk.
But all I have to do grind down my jackshaft mounts a little bit and I should be good.

I work for a company that makes adjustable windshield brackets for motorcycles, So we mainly do that. But we also do other metal projects on the side too, And I have been doing Stuff like jeep bumpers and tire carriers on the side a bit. Or trying to at least.

Its as good as it gets for a 17 year old really, Everywhere else pays me minimum, here I get payed 8.50.
The company is always expanding too, Right now we only make brackets for only 3 or 4 bikes, And about to put out a new version that will fit almost anything.

Also guys, Need some ideas on a new shroud, or shroud modifications.
I was trying to think of some way to incorporate a scoop for cooling purposes.
But if you have any idea or inspiration, post it up.

Hey raywelder,
ive been following your project from the beginning, Great Job so far!

I was wondering you have like 3-4 separate gear ratios going on there... have you taken the time to calculate what the final drive ratios will be (high and low for your torque converter)?

You do have a large rear wheel/tire tho...

1. TC
2. Jackshaft
3. 90 degree gear box
4. shaft drive rear end @ the wheel

Wow!!!:2guns:

Ill bet this thing is gonna rip you off the seat when ya goose it.
:devil2:
Get a movie of this thing up pronto!!! We wanna see it in action.

Between the TAV and the Rearend, Its all 1 to 1 right now, A good Start I think,
Thats one of the reasons I decided to put a jackshaft on it, Is I can tune the Gear ratios Easily.

I'm in the process of bolting the engine down as we speak, then I'm going to load it up and take it home, and hopefully, either tonight, or tommorow, I will be able to start it up and see how it works out, No high speed runs though... No brakes lol.
Just muh feets.

Motor mounted, Everything is welded in now, So the tavs are mounted, Just need to put the chain and keys in.
Did a few other small things too, not worth mentioning.

Well, Its raining, So I Wont be taking it home today, I figure I better wait till someone is here to help me load the dumb thing.

Its looking really good now, More like a motor cycle.

I'm signing out of the shop.

LOL and sorry for the lack of videos.

Soon, my friends...
