Looks like my dingo frame did. Welded up the holes after cleaning the rust off. Luckily mostly part of the seat frame.

Try living in Florida, land of flowers and rust, lots of rust. My uncle had to wels a piece of sheet metal in the bed of his truck where the original bed disintegrated, and now that has rust holes in it. But to be honest it is a Freeking Old Retarded Dud.
