i hate float carbs. period.
An advantage to bowl carbs is that most debris that gets past tank (including small quantities of water) will enter bowl and settle to bottom avoiding ingestion by induction system. Acts as a kind of sediment collector or bowl. Before fuel injection came along, bowl carbs were the only game in town for cars. Some were actually made of glass for visual inspection while operating.

yea, now that you mention that they are similar
its just that i've had to help my dad fix our toilet so many times im tired off 'em
so speeking hipothetikley i would rather choose a vacuum toilet from an airplane than a toilet from my house that uses a bowl and gravity

no i am not familiar with it
wat is it?

Pop off pressure is the point at which needle valve opens allowing more fuel in. Requires special tools (pressure and height gauges) to adjust to factory specs or to modify for high performance applications. These 'special tools' are not needed on bowl/float carbs. You can repair any bowl carb with tools already in your toolbox.
