need help with a new minibike

He replyed to a youtube message, he said. He has the normal jackshaft and sprocket on the wheel just flipped the wheel, put the jackshaft on the other side and welded a 8mm sprocket to a normal centrifugal clutch.

I any one wants to weld an about 20 tooth 8mm sprocket to a 3/4" clutch I'll buy it from them.

Anyone know how to measure to make axle spacers so that the brake disk lines right and all?

Or, does anyone know the right size axle spacers used on cateye pocketbikes?

Never mind, I made some sweet axle spacers if do say so my self lol. Adjusted the disc brake, which was a ***** but, I'm pretty proud of how I got little rubbing and good stopping power

Installed an airfilter, can't believe I've been running without one for so long! And put the right gas tank on it, so It's looking pretty legit. Still have to align rear wheel and install the brake but I'll do it later.

Also, I started a new project with my friend. We found a Razor Electric Scooter in the trash w/ fried electronics, so were putting on another 50cc motor just like the one on this, I have a wheel from my old scooter that I crashed so the drive-train will be a breeze! Can't wait, gonna get pics when I can.

Good, very good. You need to get a hacksaw so you can do spacers correctly (or a grinder with a cutting wheel). You shouldn't have been running without the ar cleaner on the bike. All sorts of stuff can get kicked up and sucked into the open carburetor mouth: dirt, grit, leaves, rocks, small animals ..

The new Razor sounds fun. Definitely post up some pictures when you can.

Yeah, thats how I've been doing it, cut it with a hacksaw and grinding the edges smooth with my bench grinder.
