Sorry for the long delay on this project, i kinda put this thing on the back burner for some budget reasons and cus i didn't have the time.

OK here we go. First, I decided to change the Whole design of the fuel system. I first had a Walbro pulse pump feeding the carb bowl. After many attempts to get it to run correctly i decided it would be easier and more efficient to run a typical gravity feed setup. So I made a small fuel tank that attaches to the flywheel cover.

Yesterday i ordered some parts to finish off the Kart.

Hillard Extreme Duty Centrifugal Clutch #35 12T
5' #35 Chain
Gas/Brake Pedals
Assorted control cable connectors
Gas/Brake Control cables
Generic Disk brake disk
Manco Mechanical Caliper
Haase Racing Bucket Seat w/ support brackets

All that stuff should be here friday. So Heres a close up of the new exhaust i whipped up and some more shots of the new carb config. I decided to turn the carb back down to its original placement because its just easier to use the gravity feed setup.

Heres a close up of the Nitrous injector nozzle. Its just a flat washer with the nozzle tightened to it. I drilled another hole on the side of the washer and used a long bolt and lock nut to secure it in place. Its very durable and should not come loose or break. Locktite FTW.

Heres a pic of the whole thing kind of buttoned up.

Thats it for now. At least until i get this box of parts from UPS on Friday. Stay tuned!

Excellent clean design!!!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Is fuel tank made of PVC pipe?

Thanks, im trying to make it very "Exotic" looking. The tank is PVC. I do not believe the gas will eat it. Actually, i pretty much know it wont. I tested the tank for 1 week with it being half full of gas and the inside showed no pitting and it still held pressure up to 30 psi. so i think it will do.

Cool man. I think those axle mounts would be stronger if you made or got a plate made so you could use that third hole.

ACTUALLY, that is exactly what i had made. i just havent put them on. Im waiting on a new longer axle to accomitate wider tires. Thanks though.

I do not believe the gas will eat it.
Keep a sharp eye on it.
I used it for a custom intake manifold pipe. Worked well for a couple months then began to sag ever so slightly.
When I checked internal surfaces, it looked to have lost it's surface skin (?). Developed a granular feel and appearance like it had been sanded.
