I tried to look at the pics but it says I have to log on. No can do, I don't use Facebook. I guess I'll have to wait. But I think I get the idea. What a monster!

I do NOT normally make use of "text" speak. but-

OMFG!

What else is there?

PS- Bigger engine. Seriously.

:iagree: I agree with toystory 4wd's comment on getting a bigger engine. I know 18hp may be enough to move it, but I think that a snowmobile, streetbike, dirtbike, or atv engine would be better suited for your kart. Have you looked at the size of those wheels/tires? Good kart though, I am not trying to be an *** hole. :bannana:

Why not drop in something with say like, oh, 10 times the HP? I get the feeling that motor will not turn those tires at speeds anything more than 5 MPH. Once you bog all 8 of those down in mud with those heavy axles, it's not gonna want to move. What kinda reductions are in those axles again?

the turbo has gone

u would need a deisel to keep the look

I was thinking more like twin Hyabusa engines with turbos hanging off them but yeah, a diesel could work too. ;)

I hope your gear reduction is more than 100:1! 18HP is never gona turn those through mud! Hell, even 100HP would probably have a hard time. :surrender:

Oh and you know, I just happen to have 2 sets of 44" tyres laying around too. How are those diffs gona go with those huge tyes on them?
