wow i havent signed in here forever!
major things happened in my life like i got the hell out of my parents house and got my own appartment with a huge double garage! hehehe witch i converted to a custom shop in less than a month lol
got some new machinery like a mig welder, band sander ,sandblast booth, powdercoat kit/oven, polisher, horizontal bandsaw, made myself a tig welder out of a old arc welder (works awesomely well), custom air compressor and a ton of other tools! next week i'm buying a plasma cutter
got a new project car! toyota ae86 GTS! we just finished stripping it and i took the motor appart last week! we plan on rebuilding the whole fram and then cutom fitting a stupidly high HP engine in it
i did some work on my camry like swapping it to a 5 speed tranny and putting a fidanza flywheel and lightened crank pulley... also a 3" exhaust with SS headers and relocated my knock sensors witch now puts my 94 camry close to 200hp! i am currently rebuilding and polishing the hell out of a holset hx35w turbo that i will be installing in the camry this winter! witch should bump the little camry's power to about 280-300 whp
yesterday i took the shopping cart into the garage for a massive tuneup! i had stripped the 2 6mm bolt holding the carb's flange into the head so i need to retap the head so i can use bigger bolts.... the fuel system needs a major modification so i can run my turbo setup properly! i have 2 options.... either i try to make it work with a low pressure fuel system and boost adjusting FPR or i say **** it and run it full injection with microsquirt! i want the thing ho haul ***! i may also slap a torque converter on it to better use the power!
