HAHa, built a new garage after the first one got crowded. 2 cool projects, in one thread.

Thanks lol!

Helo I would like to ask it that the sizes of the frame of buggy

Define Sizes?

Sorry for the lack of updates, almost all of my time has gone into finishing the garage. I did find a a little time to finish boring out the Subaru CV's accept the 1 1/4 bore hubs for my axles. All I have to do is weld them together.

CV's

I did have some time to start figuring out my front shock mount brace

Once we get rid of the rest of the building materials I will get much more work done.

How do you plan on transporting this beast???

Car dolly

That thing is cool.
I want to build a sort of small buggy sometime...

Go for it!

Finally settled in to the new garage. I know have an organized workspace  . Welded one of the hubs completely today and half of the other. The one thats finished turned out great.

Possibly one of the nicest welds I have made. Im starting to make nice welds consistently :wai:

Finished the other hub tonight. Only worked for about a half hour so I didn't get much done. However, I did manage to weld together my jackshaft plates so there's another thing done. Next thing I will probably is cut the frame-end of the bushings off of the rear A-arms and change them over to heim joints. Pics soon.

Keep taking some good pics on how you set up your axle. Some day I am going to build my own buggy. I am saving all your pics. I really like how you did the roof/top on your cage. Looks very good.

How much did that heater hanging from your roof cost? Does it work well?

Beyond killer build friend. It's going to be sweet man. I'm jelous as hell. Licking my chops wanting to drive it.

Thanks for all the compliments, I really appreciate it. The heater was approx $350. It does its job well and will usually warm up my 20x24 shop in about an hour. It gonna be sweet, but I have to sell it so I can finish everything on my truck :mad2: . Thats not a day I want to think about lol, should bring in alot of cash though.

Made some 1/2 inch threaded bungs in shop over the past week.
Welded them into the A-arms tonight and threaded my 1/2 inch heims in. Only got one side done but Ill hopefully do the other tomorrow. In my opinion it looks alot better and more professional than having bronze bushings on both ends of the A-arms. Now all I have to do is brace the upper portion of the A-arms and Ill be done with the rear

Sorry for the crappy pics, only had my Ipod
