. I got this for $275 so it seems like a pretty good deal
Its not that difficult to put the shift forks back in. all you need to do is open the crank case and take apart the gears and put the forks back in. I've done it before and it would only take you a good hour or two with a partner. its also a big help if you print off the manual for the engine. just a tip if you want.
Looks great! The only thing I'd suggest is adding 2 more support bars to that cage. See how Honda put those 2 pieces from the vertical to the bend in the cage? To keep it from crumpling in the even of a hard roll over?

That way if you ever nose dive it and somehow land on your cage, that should help it from being bent outside-in.
got a new one though so ill put that piece in tomorrow.that peice isnt a bad idea but u dont need it if u dont want
the edge buggies dont even have the triagulation up the front of the roll cage
and they are made for going end over end on a sand dune![]()
ya true that as long as u wont hit your head on it
Geez looking at all of this makes me regret choosing the plumbing course at my tech school, oh well a job is a job as long as it pays. And the funny thing is when I explored the Metal Fabrication shop myself the shop teacher was the coolest guy ever too, old timer with tons of experience and funny and me and my friends had a blast. Oh well maybe after high school... Keep it up!!!
