i got the throttle setup worked out yesterday and im now moving onto the brake cable, but i had a problem.. my cable was seized so i tried lubricating it... didnt work... infact just made things worse. just when i was about to buy a knew cable i had a great idea :idea2: .. de-greaser!! works a treat, slides smoother than ever

seized cable..? hit it with some de-greaser

Why not just buy a 3/4 sprocket instead of making a sleeve

i dont know the size of the chain/sprocket or how to work it out or where to get a new sprocket to be honest [without having to go overseas]. i had these two sprockets laying around so i figure just use them

might be. but think about this, your going forward and the motor intake is behind a motor which breaks the wind, so buy haveing it up front it may work even with just the same diameter tube. Just a thought.
