Unfinished projects king.
To those people out there that always seem to suggest "just buy a clone" when something goes wrong with someone's Briggs/ Tecumseh/ what ever, please don't. There is nothing to be gained by simply buying a new engine, you'l just end up $100 poorer and less knowledgeable than you might of been of you had of fixed the engine. The engine issues posted here are usually simple things such as carby issues, easy and simple things to fix, certainly things that don't warrant buying a new engine.
Sadly, in this day and age there seems to be a mentality that says if something isn't working quite right just throw it out and buy a new one.
So, to those people on this forum who say "just buy a clone" at the first sign of trouble, I beg you not to, your not helping anyone.
Thanks
Hayden
