i thought so also, they are stuck... does anyone know what they are called?

If they move there ment to move. If it doesnt move who says there ment to move? If they should be moving and are not it could be the accelerater pump.

ive cleaned the lower halfs of all the carbs from the black piece down. this should be fun

Dont mix up the floats, needles and seats.
Ill probably have my dad help me with it. he used to work at the honda,suzuki,yamaha shop in town... and thanks for the tip
however i cleaned all 4 carbs seperate so im sure i didnt mix up anything... i hate carbs 
If it hasn't been messed with already, they should all be the same. It isn't too hard to do the top.
i still dont know about this question but i did get the carb working... fired the thing up witch ran awesome but was very loud because no header or exhaust install on it. now i just need to finish making the frame for it lol. by the way i have two of these engines both run now. a offroad kart will take a good while to complete and a bit more expensive so i am going to put one of these engines on a race go kart i will have to stretch a frame a bit though because the engine is rather large. it is supposed to make 80hp! what gear ratio should i be looking for also? i dont want to go over 70 mph on a small kart like im going to build.

If you plan on 70mph max your gonna want a rev limiter. I would shoot for 120.
