I have used the same weld on hubs myself, with mixed
results , the welding should be done slowly and in a alternate
side tack and rotate to prevent warping .
I did it wrong once or twice and had poor results.

My sprocket wobbles side to side about 1/16".

I have found the if you put the 2 piece hub/sprocket in a vice, you'll need some kind of spacer like a nut or something on the sprocket cause the sprocket is usually thinner than the space for it on the hub, then hard tack it in 4 places it should stay straight.

He guy's I got the cart mobily but it is very sluggess geting to move and the clutch is over heating is this because my back sproket is to small. I have a comet 11 tooth on the front and a 48 tooth on back powered by a 6.5 honda knock off. I have 18x 9.50 for tire's I will give some pic next post

Yea, you need around a 60-70t rear sprocket with that big of tires.

Just getting out the bug's before painting the frame. it takes a long time to get one of these together just know time but we are almost there.

about 30, with your 48t theoretical top speed is 44, which is just a bit high for a cent. clutch.
