thank you for the compliments guys, we had a terrible time to keep the chain on because of flexing of the frame so everything has been reinforced or braced to take on heavy weights, the wheel axle actually has a triple bearing set up in it to prevent axle bending and was occuring, the jackshaft had some wicked flexing going on to and we engineered a system with a tension turnbuckle to reduce that so the chain will now stay on and that was the biggest prob we had, the bike has been clocked at 38mph and with the 10 tooth to 60 tooth rear sprocket rear and 16hp motor has all kinds of power to boot and even at my weight of now 370lbs i can climb hills of ease the comet 44c drive and 40 series driven work smooth as silk, not one bit of squeal or slippage and we also put slack adjusters on the rear wheel for chain slack to tighten up over time on ware and tare, now the next photo's will be painted up and done up and thanks for my buddy that has done alot of the fab work on this, have got $1800 invested in this so far
