well the rest of the kit came in today and just some what put it together to see what kind of headache its going to be for a jackshaft and by the looks more welding to be done but i think when everything is done, this will be one kick *** ride, decided going to paint it blue like the gas tank on the engine so see what you think?

Hey that looks good, make sure you get a good guard on that cvt, might loose your shorts on it as there is not much room there near your left leg when on the peg.

I just finished the basis for my guard on my build, it can be tricky as there isnt many mounting points on the motor for it.

Get some hefty sheet metal, fold a hem, notch, bend as needed, and weld up the steams. I really like the jack shaft. That's a monster engine and a really cool set up. Is that the exact center distance for that belt? It looks a bit taut.

Very nice workmanship friend.

The por15 starter kit would paint you bike. But you would need to let it rust or sand blast it. More so your shiny sheet metal.

thank you for the compliments guys, we had a terrible time to keep the chain on because of flexing of the frame so everything has been reinforced or braced to take on heavy weights, the wheel axle actually has a triple bearing set up in it to prevent axle bending and was occuring, the jackshaft had some wicked flexing going on to and we engineered a system with a tension turnbuckle to reduce that so the chain will now stay on and that was the biggest prob we had, the bike has been clocked at 38mph and with the 10 tooth to 60 tooth rear sprocket rear and 16hp motor has all kinds of power to boot and even at my weight of now 370lbs i can climb hills of ease the comet 44c drive and 40 series driven work smooth as silk, not one bit of squeal or slippage and we also put slack adjusters on the rear wheel for chain slack to tighten up over time on ware and tare, now the next photo's will be painted up and done up and thanks for my buddy that has done alot of the fab work on this, have got $1800 invested in this so far
