From what I've checked and measured so far, it'll hit a lick for ya.

I haven't opened the side cover yet, but all the bolts torq specs are dead on, valve lash at .003" locked down and marked, .010" crank end play.
It don't get no better then that.

The crank is 2* off, from my measurements with a pvl flywheel, but with your ARC flywheel, it'll still be 30*.

The head is the same as the pred 224, BIG exhaust port, and wider space between the studs, exhaust gasket DONT match the port, needs to be trimmed.
The chamber could use some valve unshrouding.
It'll probly still measure 21.5cc with the valve unshrouding and the RIGHT sparkplug.

Head gasket measured .041" after I checked head bolt torq and took it off.

So its got more CR then the pred 224, outta the box.

Can't so much about the carb, it'll be replaced anyway, but I'm sure it'll do all it can to feed that turd motor.

Lmk what you think when you get it running.

Well update time, finally done for the night lol 1:30am... Installed flywheel, installed coil, installed carb and dropped main jet and idle jet down a size, installed exhaust, installed my first billet valve cover lol, changed out blower cover for an old predator 212 i had, went to put on my new chain and the master link i ordered was missing the clip so now I gotta figure that out my local tractor supply has a pack of #40 chain connectors but maybe the clip will be close enough to connect mine for now but im not sure heres a few pics of the night20230928_221955.jpg

If this sounds smug, I'm sorry. Not trying to be. I realize not everyone has an enclosed garage, or a work shop with a work bench. Honestly I would put down some cardboard and build my brand new engine on my bedroom dresser or the kitchen table before building it outside on the dirt. Hope it runs strong for you.

How much stall is in that juggernaut???

If it dont have 3000, it dont have enough.

More stall speed will put that stock cam up in the powerband sooner, and you will see more rpm on the high side. 👍

I dont even know lol, can you adjust them? I noticed now it hits about 4k rpm and then stops speeding up even though the rpms keeps going till like 5500 max speed now is 38mph even though im hitting like 250 more rpm than old setup I put a kevlar belt on there but it seems to be eating it up

Checks stall speed (belt engagement) with your tach.

Take it for a good 15 min run, ripping or normal, jus get heat in it.

At a complete stop, without brake, ease on the throttle slowly and watch what rpm the kart starts moving. It'll take a few times to get the feel.

The tiny tach have a delay and hard to get a stall speed reading.

Your tach looks like a good one and you should get a good read outta it.

Now "flash stall" is higher then regular stall.

Flash stall, is at a dead stop and you nail from idle to WOT, that can be 300-500 rpm more the regular stall.

I think they make a stall kit for the juggernaut now.

Test max speed 38mph
Get a comet belt.

That thing gets up on rpm fast.

That's only like 100-150 ft, from what I'm hearing and seeing.

What gear and tire height you running, and your weight???
