remember i had the same problem as you try the gasket in between the carb and do you have an air filter on your carb

Yea
A/f ratio is out

Did u fit a high flow air filter
Or change your jet

When u changed the carb did u fit a new gasket to the carb and the spacer

It does sound like an air leak. While engine is running with choke on, spray some carb cleaner around gasket sites. If the engine changes rpm hat is where your leak is.

if your not using a air filter thats your problem lol i took my filter off and left it off and there was a gasket in between the engine and the carb on top of the spacer lol it was causing it not to run

step by step

we assume u have removed the carb to clean it
if u havent removed the carb to clean it then u havent cleaned it

repaet the proccess to remove the carb

between the carb and the engine theres a peice of hard thick plastic
keep this bit
then between the carb and the spacer and the spacer and the engine theres two peices the same shape as the spacer
theyre thin and floppy
oftern of an odd colour like green
theyre made of paper or rupper

these are one use items
once u unbolt the carb theyre ruined and must be replaced

u need to find the carb seals and get new ones

to isolate the problem get a bit of flammable mixture like carb cleaner spray and spray it around the carb joint
the engine will suck in the carb cleaner when it sucks in the air and make it rev up slightly

be careful though
u are spraying flamable mixture on your engine
dont go overboard
and do it on a cold engine
maybe have a fire extinquisher near by
or someone with a hose

really????????????????
its true lol i pulled the air filter off carb idled but did not rev up it would bog out my father said put it on the air filter creates a pressure that helps suck gas out of the carb and into the engine (he said he read it off of a moped forum ) i can prove it to you by showing you a video of me doing it
