This is my first post and i want to say, I'm amazed at the stuff being built on here. I have been reading a lot of threads to get an idea for a project i'm starting and I think i found it in this build. I have a Mini Monster Truck Go kart with a a go kart frame which i'm looking to modify and add suspension to it. I have the frame stripped and on the motorcycle table awaiting to be modified. I've seen some great modifications and creations on here which has peaked my interest. Great job on the kart I really like it.

u have a good works and very2 interesting for me and i would like to make it for my boy..
so can u give/post for me about the rear axle system ( gearhub, discbrake hub, axle bearing hub and wheelhub, etc ) i think should have to make it self because no one sell this part in my town.

I think if you go back through the entire thread most of it is covered. For parts (hubs), have you looked at online retailers such as BMI Karts and MFG Supply? They should have nearly any part you need.

tks, i see that red.. but its dificult for me coz i'm stay in Indonesia and need along time to get that by online shop.
so its faster if i made it self, referenced by sharing picture from friends here guys.

Well, you can make hubs, but will need to hand file in keyways so that the hubs spin with the axle. They can be made from a piece of plate steel and a small inner piece with the same ID as the axle's OD.

i have 1" OD for axle in my plan, is that strong enought ?

Plenty strong. I don't know how to make the hubs though.
